Born December 23, 1960, Colonel Guile's companion Charlie, and as it is part of the U. S. Air Force. Charlie investigating connections between some American officers and Shadaloo, the criminal business headed by M. Bison. Obtaining given no sign of living, Guile is sent to uncover him.
